Taster Opinions
A number of friends and acquaintances have been kind enough to taste
some of the chocolates around and provide their (anonymous) reviews
and opinions.
I've included the address and phone numbers
of the chocolatiers whose chocolates were
tasted, but were not listed on the
"A Short List of Chocolatiers"
page. I've also listed some chocolatiers I'm hoping to
taste soon. A few listed below are chocolate manufacturers, not
chocolatiers.
Conflict-of-interest disclosure:
Although neither myself nor those who have provided taster opinions
are affiliated in any way with a reviewed chocolatier, not all the
chocolates eaten were purchased; some of the chocolates were provided
as unsolicited free samples by the chocolatier. In no event has anyone
been paid by a chocolatier for a taster opinion. When a taster's
opinion is based on a free sample, it is noted at the bottom of the
review.
