17 Jul 2002: Add ability to ignore multiples of delay time in the calculation of the Lyapunov exponent.

2 Jul 2002: Enabled the procedure to deal with the case where the number of points in each shell are not the same for different values of evolution time. The code uses the minimum number in each shell over all evolution times to compare with the minimum required to have a scale-dependent Lyapunov exponent that is defined.
