Introduction
The below list of grades are sorted reverse-chronologically. All grades are Excel workbook files or PDFs thereof. Grades in the worksheets are sorted alphabetically by ascending pseudonym.
Course Grades
- As of May 14, 2010
(PDF |
Excel):
This is the final gradebook.
Please note the following:
- Extra credit is added into the MA 1 grade column.
- The last column in yellow ("Maximum Letter Grade") is your grade, which is the maximum between the syllabus method and the method using the Final Exam to replaced the cumulative quizzes/midterm grade (if you met the requirements for that option).
- As University policy, North Park does not give A+ grades, so students who earned an A+ will receive an A.
- Incompletes are not reflected on this spreadsheet. For a few students, the grade recorded on WebAdvisor will be different; please see your section instructor if you have any questions about that.
- As of May 4, 2010 (PDF | Excel): Note that the estimated grade is only based upon work that has already been graded. Also note that the estimated grade does properly reflect the weighting given in the syllabus. If something is missing that you turned in, please tell us! If you do not find your pseudonym listed here, you need to send Prof. Lin an email with a non-guessable pseudonym.

- As of Mar 12, 2010 (PDF | Excel): Note that the estimated grade is only based upon work that has already been graded; it does not include MA 6. Also note that the estimated grade does properly reflect the weighting given in the syllabus, since grades for some categories of asssignments do not yet exist. If you do not find your pseudonym listed here, you need to send Prof. Lin an email with a non-guessable pseudonym.
- As of Feb 24, 2010 (PDF | Excel): Note that the estimated grade is only based upon work that has already been graded. A few assignments and some late work have not yet been graded. Also note that the estimated grade does properly reflect the weighting given in the syllabus, since grades for some categories of asssignments do not yet exist. Nonetheless, the estimated grade should show you the negative impact not turning in work has, as well as the negative impact of consistently low quiz grades. Note too that the grades of a number of students who (may) have dropped the course are still included on this gradebook, which is why there are so many Fs. If you do not find your pseudonym listed here, you need to send Prof. Lin an email with a non-guessable pseudonym.
- As of Feb 13, 2010 (PDF | Excel): If you do not find your pseudonym listed here, you need to send Prof. Lin an email with a non-guessable pseudonym.
- As of Feb 9, 2010 (PDF | Excel): If you do not find your pseudonym listed here, you need to send Prof. Lin an email with a non-guessable pseudonym. Note MA 1 and 3 are out of 10 points, not 20 points as it says on the spreadsheet.
