Climate Research Group

The Climate Research Group at North Park University studies the dynamics of the Earth's climate system using simple, intermediate-level, and comprehensive models of the climate. Areas of current interest include Arctic ice-atmosphere interactions, tropical intraseasonal variability, and climate modeling software development. However, students interested in other projects, including global scale hydrology, biosphere-climate interactions, and paleoclimate, are welcome to join us too.

The group works under the direction of Prof. Johnny Lin from the Physics Department at North Park. Please join our mailing list for updates regarding talks and meetings.
